Update!

Wow! I am SO behind on this blog. It is hard to find the time to keep up with everything!

It seems like so much has happened since my last post. Let's see if I remember everything....
Avery learned how to ride a bicycle without training wheels!!! I have video that I will try and add soon. Owen started an army crawl at 5 months and then at 5 months, 3 weeks he started the classic hands and knees crawl. So now that he is 6 months, 3 weeks he has perfected his crawl and gets around everywhere! He also started pulling himself up a few weeks ago. He now pulls up whenever and wherever he can. He also cruises along the length of the couch and chairs in our living room. I'm hoping he slows down just a little. I'll take all the time I can get before he starts walking!

Owen is just an absolute delight. He babbles and talks all the time, laughs constantly at his big sister, loves to cuddle and give you a kiss when you ask him too. He has a very sweet demeanor, just like his big sis!

He also just started waving. Avery helps me teach him lots of things. She is an amazing big sister!
We have so much fun together everyday!

Fall Festival

These pictures our from a local fall festival we went to with our good friends Wyatt and Stacey. The weather was gorgeous! It was sunny and in the 80's. It was so nice to have sunshine and to feel warm!
We went on a hike, got our faces painted, looked a frogs and salamanders, helped with the cider press, drank cider, and ate yummy burritos! It was a wonderful day.

Preschool

A few weeks ago Avery started preschool. She loves her school and had a great time last year. Last year she went 2 mornings a week and this year she gets to go 3 days a week. She is very happy about this!

I know, its almost October and here I am posting 4th of July pictures. I just ran across them and thought they should be added. It has been difficult to find the time to add new pictures but I am going to try and keep them coming!
We went to a local park on 4th of July with our wonderful friend Ashley. Eric was on the river so it was just Avery, Owen, Ashley, and I. We had a great time!

Avery's 4th Birthday!!!

Avery turned 4 on August 4th! We had a very fun and mellow party in the park. We had yummy snacks and cupcakes and played lots of games. Grandma Cindy made birthday crowns for everyone as well as streamers. We sent the kids out to look for sticks around the park to make their streamers. It was great fun.
We can hardly believe that our baby girl is 4!!!!
